Don’t let your legal department miss out and participate in MCCA’s Corporate Demographic Survey. In conjunction
with the NALP Foundation, the survey collects diversity metrics. Data provided in this survey will be aggregated and
used to produce the second edition of the widely cited report, “Sustaining Pathways to Diversity® Comprehensive
Examination of Diversity Demographics, Initiatives, and Policies in Corporate Legal Departments.”
Corporate legal departments participating in the 2016 study will receive a customized report showing their
responses compared to the aggregated responses of all participating companies.If your legal department would

All responses must be submitted online and
only one survey can be completed by each department.
The Minority Corporate Counsel Association and the ABA Commission on Women in the Legal Profession are working
with Joan C. Williams, Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of California, Hastings Center for WorkLife Law,
to conduct the survey, Understanding In-house and Law Firm Lawyers’ Workplace Experience. This survey is targeting
ALL demographic groups and we are looking to hear from BOTH men and women. Results from the survey will help
develop best practices in the legal profession for improving organizations’ ability to tap and develop the talent of the

with at least two years of work experience as lawyers.
